Event Sponsorship Opportunity

We are currently seeking sponsors for our 4th Annual Kids Easter Fair.

We are putting on a kids fair again this year as a fundraiser for Relay for Life.

The event will be held at St. Luke’s Health Education Center in Bellingham on Saturday, April 4th.

It will include an Easter Egg Hunt, games, activities, & pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Please review the following opportunities and let us know which works best for you:

  • Donation of Funds to purchase supplies.
  • Donation of Goods.  This could include, but is not limited to: candy, Easter eggs, balloons, reusable grocery bags, crayons, prizes, etc.
  • Sponsor a Booth.  This would include providing supplies for, setting up and running a booth at the event (we will provide a table).  Your business can decorate the booth however you like (for example, using a logo banner or something of that nature to show who you are).  You would provide a game or activity for your booth, (some ideas are: ring toss; fishing game; prize wheel; bean bag toss; face painting; cake walk; balloon animals; guess how many; mini golf; bowing; surprise wall; treasure jars; press-on tattoos; etc).  You would provide everything needed to operate the game or activity that you choose, including prizes, if applicable.  You may also choose to offer promotional items from your business (like pens, calendars, mugs, etc).

What do you get out of this experience?

You get some advertising for your business by receiving credit as an event sponsor,

as well as the satisfaction of knowing you are helping to raise money for a great cause –

The American Cancer Society!

Email to learn more about this sponsorship opportunity.

Please include your contact phone number and I will return your call in a timely manner.

Relay for Life of Whatcom County will be held on July 11-12, 2014 in downtown Bellingham. However, if you wish, you can do so much more to help the cause than just attending the event. Over the course of the next several months, our team will be working together to plan fundraisers and doing all that we can to raise money for this cause.

Aside from the government, The American Cancer Society is doing more than anyone in the field of cancer research and we can help to further that cause!

We have all been impacted by cancer.

Whether through a personal battle, by holding the hand of a loved one who has fought cancer, or by standing alongside a neighbor or co-worker during their fight.

We are members of this community who are connected to one another through our jobs at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. We are friends and family members of PeaceHealth caregivers who choose to stand together in an effort to raise money and awareness. We walk to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

We are making a difference by teaming up to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.

Saving lives from cancer starts one team, one participant, and one dollar at a time. Our team is doing our part to make sure that cancer never steals another year of anyone’s life.

Please join our team or make a donation.  The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone!
